By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms that are indicated below.

General Terms
⋆I have the right to refuse any commission request should it infringe on my rules, make me uncomfortable, or for any other personal reasons.
⋆Any discourteous, impolite, or otherwise bigoted behaviour will result in the client being blacklisted from future commissions, and will not be contacted again.
⋆I am allowed to discontinue the commission at any point if it does not respect my rules.
⋆First come, first serve basis.
⋆All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only unless discussed further.

What is considered as copyright infringement?
⋆Altering the artwork in ANY way without my consent.
⋆Claiming and taking credit of the artwork as your own.
⋆Making money off of the artwork.⋆The client is able to repost on any social medias as long as I am given proper credit [links to my social media(s)].
⋆My artwork will never be used as NFTs. Commissioned for or not, NFT minting is not allowed.
⋆Unless you have paid for the commission, reposting, reuploading, or other means of sharing the art is not allowed.
⋆The prices set are per character, and will change if more characters are requested in the scene.
⋆I will always send the sketch. If requested, I can send the customer updates at each step(s): line art, flat colours, and finishing touches. The client is allowed to request changes in early stages of the piece.⋆Do NOT use AI generation to alter my art in ANY aspect.Payment
⋆All payment is 100% upfront, and will be sent via a paypal invoice to the customers email. Please have an email prepared.
⋆ YOU CAN USE A CARD TO PAY, and do NOT need a paypal account :)
⋆ USD only, no cryptocurrency.
⋆The commission will be started only after payment is received.
⋆Refunds will only be given if I have not started the piece, or am unable to continue.
⋆Prices listed are only base prices and may change depending on complexity of the work or other discussed reasons.
⋆The tip option sent with the invoice will always be accessible, but is not necessary for the customer
⋆Do not send money until I have accepted your commission.Notes
⋆Clear and detailed visual references are highly encouraged for more accuracy.
⋆If there are no existing visual references, the commissioner is required to at least provide a description and multiple references, or moodboards
⋆Customers will be charged extra depending on the complexity of the proposed character.
⋆I consider myself a cartoonist, and my style will not change upon request.
⋆No very intricate or elaborate backgrounds. If the commission includes a background option, it will be drawn in a simpler style or flat coloured and priced correspondingly.

⋆Humans/humanoids.
⋆Furries (Human & Anthro).
⋆Ship art.
⋆Characters from media (ie. TV Shows).
⋆Mild gore.

⋆I will NOT draw
⋆NSFW, including heavy gore.
⋆Overly intricate or complex designs, including (but not limited to): Heavy armour, heavy mecha, extreme body horror, and anything else that might feel out of my skill set.
⋆Any form of hate speech, political, social, historical, or cultural discrimination. Any form of requested bigotry will not be met. I reserve the right to refuse a commission that I feel may be used in a harmful or offensive manner.
⋆I am allowed to refuse any other commission that may make me uncomfortable.
⋆I work BEST with humans/humanoidsTurnaround time
⋆I work at my own pace currently, as a recent graduate who works a full time job I'm quite a busy person! When you commission me, the first thing I'll let you know is the (approximate) turnaround time.

Pricing

Prices listed are only base prices and may change depending on complexity of the work or other discussed reasons. The prices set are per character, and will change if more characters are requested in the scene.

Avatars/PFPS/ICONS - $20+ USD
Base price is $20 for a headshot and just below, and price will increase to $25 for a bust/halfbody. Flat colours + minimal shading + simple background. Detailed backgrounds & shading will raise the price significantly.

Halfbody
A flat coloured halfbody base price is $25 USD with the option of simple abstract background. Price will increase further upon shading, complexity, background request, extra light sources, etc.

FullbodyA flat coloured fullbody base price is $35 USD with the option of a simple abstract background. Price will increase based on shading, background request, and a light source.

Scenes
The price for fully painted scenes will vary. The base price for a fully shaded with a detailed background of one character is $80 USD. DM for a quote, prices vary due to complexity.

Chibi drawings
Chibi drawings are minimally shaded, and are $13 USD per character. Abstract background unless requested differently (+price).

Reference sheetsFlat colour only, basic sheet includes a fullbody, a bust/headshot, a colour palette, a simple/abstract background, and other text details you want. ($60 USD). Price may increase based on other requested items on the reference sheet. Price will increase if the character does not have a visual reference, see TOS for more details.
